| Most of our horseboxes are built on chassis sourced from Iveco direct, ensuring that they have been properly maintained and benefit from being one owner vehicles. Other manufacturer’s vehicles are available.
The quality of our fittings is higher than you will probably find elsewhere. Below is our standard “Royal” specification. By going “Royal+” you can choose from the options range. This is only a small selection of what can be done and almost any request can be accommodated. We recognise that not everybody can afford to have a fully kitted-out horsebox and some people like to “do their own thing” in the living area, but many feel that the coachbuilding and fitting ramps and skirts is beyond their scope. With this in mind, we are pleased to introduce the Partbuild Horsebox. It is horse-ready for you to drive off and use and kit the living out as and when you are ready. This is an opportunity to get into a quality bult horsebox without all the expense of a flashy living area. Of course, we will be happy to supply advice and any bits you need for finishing your horsebox.
Below is the full specification. This is a starting point and we can obviously undertake any extra work if you need it. Call us to discuss prices.
Price for the MJ Horseboxes Partbuild is £17,750 plus VAT plus the chassis. Typically, a V Reg chassis with about 100,000 miles would be £5,500 plus VAT. Any of the items from our Royal or Royal+ range can, of course, be included.
It may be more affordable than you thought to have your horsebox built on a brand new chassis. With all the benefits of a new vehicle and the knowledge that you have the manufacturer’s warranty – and you will still be able to sell the horsebox in a few years’ time with a very recent plate.
