Everything You Need & Want To Know About Showjumping

Dressage Trainers

Stableexpress has been designed with one main objective…to provide you with the answers!

Answers? Yes, to any questions that you may have on anything relating to the sport of showjumping. Whether it is about stallions, questions about breeding, competition show dates and results or if you just want to know the next time you can watch it on television.

What if we do not know the answer? We will make it my personal mission to find someone who does!!!

We have a real passion, (some say obsession), for anything to do with jumping and in particular, breeding. There have been times when we have been searching for the answers to something, (usually a particular stallion or bloodline), but have been disappointed when looking on the internet. We will endeavour to fill in the gaps.

This really is a site for anyone who shares our passion of showjumping.

Emily Fraser

Emily Fraser started riding at the age of 2, from an equestrian family her mother Karen Fraser is horsey. Emily started with flat classes and working hunters and a lot of pony club in her early career of riding. Emily then moved on to show hunter where discovered her love for jumping and quickly became hooked on show jumping. Emily watched the World Cup riders and Pony Grand Prix riders dreaming of one day jumping those heights. Emily Fraser started hunting with the Dannevirke Hunt at the age of 7 which gave me a great grounding as a child, she had many awesome hunting ponies including the famous Little Buff.

At 10, Emily found her first pony for show jumping, Tony the Pony, a.k.a Tony, she had only been a show hunter girl up until then. This is where her show jumping career began.
Tony was only 6 when Emily started riding him. Sally Clark, who still owns a half share of him, started him with his flatwork and jumping as a young pony.

Since starting on Tony, Sally Clark and Maurice Beaston have taken Emily under their wing coaching me ever since. Since then Emily has successfully taken 4 ponies to 3* Pony Grand Prix level, Tony the Pony, Tiger Tale LS, Chrialka Daffodil and Kababa Boy; Emily was chosen to represent NZ in the Childrens FEI team which gave me the honor of wearing the Silver Fern. Emily Fraser now off ponies with Kiwi Relic, Maximillion II and Kiwi Sunray being my current horses. Emily is now focusing on her horse career hoping to go to the top that she dreamed of when she was younger. Emily has been to South Africa twice to represent New Zealand once bringing back a gold medal. Other hobbies include Netball and Cross Country running which she has been successful at. Emily was New Zealand`s only equestrian representative at the Youth Olympic Games 2014
